      Naming your dreams

I have just decided to start naming each one of my dreams. This may have been somthing I should have been doing all along.
Youknow when you are trying to think of somthing and a name or title is brought up. It then joggs your memory. This is what I was hoping to achieve as I go back through my journal entries. I may look at a title and have it come to me in an instance.
DAAA!!!!! does everybody already do this?

I do this... it really helps me remember at a glance... although sometimes i'll forget, and have to read the rest

Yup I sure do. It is a much better way to recapture a particular dream that you've written down. Also I look at them as mini-movies one could say and just like cenima it needs a title. I think it really does give dream recall an edge to a degree by doing it that way also.

Yeah, thanks to the great noob advice at www.ld4all.com (does that constitute heresy?), I titled my dreams from the start.

I've seen that place IdentityX it looks pretty boring. I don't think there is a more vibrant Lucid Dream forum than this one anywhere on the planet.

The foum here is much much better (i haven't even tried the ld4all one - the standard theme is so bloody ANNOYING!) but the noob advice there is easy to follow. Had too much of an emphasis on the spiritual side, though.

One thing we are trying to do here is keep this site as spiritually, religiously, and politically neutral as possible.

Perhaps it is that reason why people feel comfortable here.

Or perhaps it is because of all the great friendly people that hang out here!

oh ya, this board has some really cool people....no, I mean EVERYONE is cool here...

naming dreams could be one of the best parts of recall...it'll trigger so much of the dream as long as you remember your title..

Especially if you use the name as the title of a Mind Map!

AirRick101 posted on them a couple of months ago, they are simple, but highly effective!
