Strange Feelings

Every time that I notice I am falling asleep and such, I always get this really strange feeling. Once SP hits me, I feel like there is some person running down my hallway outside my room, and I feel like this "person" is planning on running into my room. Its a weird feeling, like someone is after me and I know exactly where they are in my house. Of course no matter what I do to try to relax myself, it just gets worse when I feel almost 100% sure that someone is in my room...and around this time I go into a dream.

I try taking my mind off of the thought of someone coming into my room, but it does no good. I am not mortified or really afraid of this, it is just creepy and suspenseful.

Any ideas on how to get my thoughts off of this?

Don't tell me that this is any sort of hallucination because I know that, I'm not a newbie.

hm... well, since you know that it's a hallucination, I'd say just try and put youself somewhere else, like Hawaii ^L^ (seriously, no joke, since that means your pretty far, considering that you are hallucinating, you can probably try to jump into a lucid a little faster. It won't be the be the best lucid, but it'll be a lucid none the less. This is probably some sort of thing that will pass over as time goes on)

also if you want to know more about this type of hallucination, do a search on "sleep hag" on DV or google it.

I do go into an LD every time I think this person is right over me, its just sort of a distraction and I wish it was a more enjoyable experience!
