Do you just get tired or do you want to go to sleep to have dreams. Because you might have an ilness or maby you're just so tired. Oh and wanting to go back to bed in the morning is probably quite normal |

I think I may be using Dreams as an escape from my real life. |

It is like desperate feeling towards dreaming..//I need to dream. |

How old are you? |

---------
Lost count of how many lucid dreams I've had

The best thing that your dreams can do you for you is to help you like your waking life. So in the end you won't have to think dreams are an escape. Though, I can relate. Like you I tend to use dreams as an escape from waking life . Whenever I'm really sad I leave waking life to become lucid or just dream. It is an escape when I use dreaming that way, cause you don't have to deal with it. You just have to look at the bad from a different angle instead of using dreams to runway from the problem use the dream to solve it. |

I had a pretty craptastic childhood and I did one of two things to escape reality back then. I'd either read like it was going out of style or find someplace quiet and sleep so that I could dream. |
