      How can I "wake up" during a dream? usually during my dreams I just go with the flow things just happen and I don't think rationally how can I become conscoius?

      Keep a dream journal, read any stickies or faqs on this website and keep at it for a few weeks, it just takes practice and consistency. Do reality checks during the day, whenever a certain situation comes up or you see a certain object, ask yourself if you are dreaming and check by turning on the light, eventually you will be dreaming and see that object or be in that situation and ask yourself if youre dreaming and you will be.
