I've been practicing for a couple weeks and i had my first two nights ago.. i tried to breathe while plugging my nose and found out i was dreaming but then it all went black and i got excited and lost the dream. Then, last night the exact same thing happened i realized i was dreaming and i lost it again. i was wondering if i keep doing what im doing if eventually i will get in the habit of maintaining the dream to where i can actually do things instead of find out im dreaming and then wake up... any help? |
