Whenever I've had false awakenings, it's usually a sign that I'm getting closer to a Lucid Dream, or I'll have one soon. So, I've been really aware when I wake up of whether I'm dreaming or not.

Well, the other morning, I got up and went to the girl's bathroom, as per usual, but the door was locked. This has never happened before, so I tried again. Locked. The light was on under the door, so i tried one more time. Didn't budge. I did a reality check, to make sure I wasn't dreaming. My finger couldn't go through my hand, so I went down one level to that girl's room.

Locked. I did a reality check... I'm awake; tried the door. Locked again. Nobody's around, which is really strange. Am I dreaming? I hear voices, but it turns out to be people at the end of the hallway. I can't see them, just hear them. They're speaking french... I think. Reality Check... nope.

I usually don't do so many reality checks, but it was just TOO weird. I've never felt like the real world was ever so much like a dream.

Have you ever felt like reality was just too strange and thought you were dreaming?
