      Let me explain some things...
      As said, LDing is definitly 'living in the moment.' It's not like you wake up, remembering having done things. DURING the dream, you are there, deciding to do things. It's not just a memory. And no, it doesn't make you tired. You are just as awake. In fact, I personally am always a lot MORE awake. Lucidity is great. it feels amazing.

      I dont have many skills at lucid dreaming but its still one of the most fun things I ever do in life. Pretty much anything you can do for fun in real life you can do in a lucid dream.
