I can get that feeling when I concentrate on my body, but I usually don't do that because it brings me very close to waking up.
I also experienced it a few times during naps, probably because your sleep is very light at that time.

Have you tried dream prolonging techniques to get rid of that feeling?
And is it just in Lucids or in normal dreams too? Cause that would be a huge dream sign .

Ive only experienced it in no lucids. And what are these dream prolonging techniques? Like false awakenings?

Not really the same, but I experienced sleep paralysis when I was napping once. Most aware of my body I've ever been! I was I think suspended in the before-sleep stage 'cause I was laying on the couch almost asleep, yet my brother and grandmother were right beside me and were talking. I had a bad headache, and mentally woke up when my brother said something just a bit too loudly. I wanted to tell him to speak more quietly but realized I couldn't talk, and couldn't move. He kept speaking loudly and I couldn't do anything about it and I felt like my head was about to explode-- very scary to be in pain and not be able to move a muscle.

But yeah, I also wonder about that; you do seem to be much more aware of your body when you sleep at odd hours.

Spinning, rubbing hands, looking at your hands. But if it's only in NDs then there's not much you can do about it apart from getting lucid.
