Hello, again! I've been working on some different WILD techniques but I am having some difficulty. I feel like I've been getting very close, and on one occasion I almost did a perfect WILD. However I've encountered some problems, after that initial attempt my efforts seem to be less and less effective. I think that it may have something to do with not getting to bed at a decent time. I was kind of wondering that if I was having difficulty at night, would I be able to do one during the day? Do naps during the day work better?

What is your experience with this sort of thing?
