      good evening all!
      i stil havent succes with it and i have forgotten it 2 weeks but that hasnt worked also(maybe it its that im sleeping to deeply)
      but i wonderd what technique is the easiest 1 to learn or to do?
      currently i had: 0 LD
      currently training in :WILD/DEILD
      WILDS : 0
      MILDS : 0
      DILDS : 0
      VILDS : 0
      HILDS : 0
      LILDS : 0
      DEILDS :0

      Well, the answer is... it depends on the person.

      I would suggest that you keep trying a variety and see what happens. You said you've been at it two weeks already, it usually takes people 2-6 weeks depending on the person.

      I'd keep up DILD and MILD and maybe through in WILD on weekends.

      well im still working on my dream recall but i guess im sleeping so deeply i cant remember them luckly i have schoolvacation.
      maybe WBTB is a really good one sins thats one i didnt try yet.
      i self thinks that DILD is the easiest way to become lucid but i dont had succes with it and i always fail with the preperation of the VILD methode because my thoughts are changing rapidly

      Yeah if you're new I wouldn't try WILD unless you're into relaxation/meditation. WBTB is pretty easy, although a bit unreliable, as are MILD and DILD. I find that most of my LDs come from having a lie-in and just waking up and going back to sleep a few times. I remember at least 3+ dreams and sometimes one is lucid

      dude look at the tutorial page you find there some good stuff!
      ontopic: i tried wbtb but i failed the first try shal i try it again or must i try something else?
