my topic description for this was a little dramatic,ha. but,i haven't realized in a dream for the past week that i was lucid!?!?!? last saturday i had one, but that was before i read all about it on here! i think it was only because i kept waking up and falling back asleep in the morning. if i did so something to make myself have SP, is there anyway to go from SP to a dream? i mean, SP is scary, but i'd try anything to have a lucid dream,ha.

I don't know much about SP(that means sleep paryislis right?) but waking up and falling back to sleep is a great way for lucid dreams. It works for me alot on the weekends when I wake up around 6 which I usally wake up around and then knowing its the weekend I got to go back to sleep. But if this is a good way for you to go lucid really get into the habit of trying to remember your dreams when you first wake up so then you will be thinking about dreams when you fall back to sleep. I think thats kind of like a MILD or a WILD or one of those.

I had given up a few months ago, I had a discussion with this guy about it and it got me back into it. He said he had to work on recall and RC's for the better part of a year before his first lucid dream. Count your blessings...

Seven days? Some of us are approaching seven years, so you don't have anything to worry about quite yet.
