I don't know much about SP(that means sleep paryislis right?) but waking up and falling back to sleep is a great way for lucid dreams. It works for me alot on the weekends when I wake up around 6 which I usally wake up around and then knowing its the weekend I got to go back to sleep. But if this is a good way for you to go lucid really get into the habit of trying to remember your dreams when you first wake up so then you will be thinking about dreams when you fall back to sleep. I think thats kind of like a MILD or a WILD or one of those. |
