Hey, i'm goin to bed in about 5 minutes, what can i do to make sure that after waking to my alarm after 5-6 hours of sleep i think about lucid dreaming and hopefully carry my consciousness into my dream, everytime i wake to my alarm i turn it off and go back to sleep, help would be great! |

Get up and walk around your room once or twice. If you have a book or anything else on lucid dreaming handy, look at it, or maybe browse through it for a few minutes. |

For a true WBTB you should stay awake about 30 minutes (some say 90 is the best) then go back to sleep and perform a lucid induction technique. WILD or MILD are good choices after a WBTB. |
