      I try to get to the stage of HI and SP but always fall asleep before I get there. What can I do about this?

      omg, me too,ha. last night i went lucid for the first time and thought it was all easy, but then i tried later that day during a nap and last night and i fell asleep while doing the fild.it takes kind of too long
