Hi, I've heard from this site that vitamins b 6 and 12 can give you nightmares while you sleep. I want to first see if someone in here can confirm and how much I should take of them. If you could help with this that would be very helpful.

And please don't leave posts asking me why I want nightmares, I've had too many in the past. The reason why is because I'm just naturally attracted to dark things and Howard Phillips Lovecraft also inspired me
