I've been waiting for ages to have my third lucid dream, and since my first two lucid dreams wer DILDs that i didn't even plan to have, i doubt i'm going to be able to induce one anytime soon, its so frustrating not being able to know if what your doing is actually helping towards having a lucid dream, i write in my dream journl everyday on DV, i don't do reality checks and too be honest, i'm not sick of waiting, i'm just thinking that i'm not gng to have another lucid dream anytime soon

Yah I know how you feel,

I seem to have a problem inducing any LD's. I think You (and I for that matter) have to be more passive, just do some reality checks, and think some about LD'ing before bed, review your dreams, and take it as it goes, letting your mind take care of the rest.

I have the problem of trying to hard and it affects my daily life. This is detrimental to me during the day since I am constantly thinking of LD'ing. I know I must lessen this alot.

Anyway back to your story (If I can stay on topic) , My LD's happened when I was putting in only very small efforts and felt confidence toward my abilities. Instead of practicing any set method for a bit, just try before bed or if you wake during the night, to picture your past LD's and ND's and just imagine lucidity. Let your mind flow from waking to dreaming kind of in a continum.

Hope to talk to you soon
