I just had my first lucid dream after three months of trying, but I have a few questions.

My dream was very low quality, so to speak. I that easily fixed by paying attention to the environment?

And second, when I woke up, i remembered the dream like it was a normal dream, which, for me, isn't very realistic, like i never was really there. Will this memory part be better if i was more lucid? I mean, would i remember it like any other event that happens in waking life?

      Thanks!

Hey, i had the same problem when i had my first lucid dream, it was a lucid dream for sure but the lucidity was low, thats why when you remember it it seemed like a normal dream, just try and build you awareness in your waking life through reality checks and have a dream journal, it all works in the long run

Things will improve, it sounds like you just had a low level dream and they can range from very poor quality to hi-def.

You have hit on one of the keys, engage yourself in the environment as much as possible. Stop to look at things, tough things, smell things. This almost always increases vividness.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
