I...don't understand.
If you're going to make a topic about leaving, can you perhaps elaborate on that reason?

People are only posting their own new techniques as a way to help others out. Some may seem odd, and they are obviously not going to work for everyone. It's no reason to throw a hissy fit. You should aready know that half of the stuff you're going read on here is irrelevant and/or pointless. Count one...two posts up--yep.

BTW, you will notice that only the techniques that show broad success make it into the tutorials?

It's kind of like survival of the fittest. When someone creates a new technique and it shows quite a bit of success, on more than two or three people, then it enters the mainstream. The others are kind of forgotten and fade into obscurity.

EDIT: I'm back anyways because I basicly had a crazy dream that told me to. Very weird. I've been on a roll for making an ass out of myself latly, but it's okay because none of you know me in person.

If you find all the experimenting and bantering annoying, just pick one or two techniques and stick with 'em. That's really what I do, though I'm not exactly a model for raging LDing success... but I have a few each month.

My choices are DILD through doing DJing and routine RCs when I recognize dreamsigns, and WILD - which is my favorite but awfully hard for me.

Who knows... you may be destined to come up with the REAL 95% Effective Method for Inducing Lucid Dreams - NFELMILD.

Yeah... thats what you think. HOWEVER...

It's really out of your hands. This has already become a legacy.

Don't give up fellow Oneironaut (is that how you spell it?)

I also get very frustrated but giving up vcertainly is not the way to succeed. You don't need to do every techinque, pick 1 or 2 and practice them, and do things at your own pace, to your own extent, just get to down about all the possibilities and chance involved, its your brain after all. You've got the ability, just let it come natural and don't take it all to seriously.
