Thread: Not Sure What Just Happened?!?!?

ok...i woke up at like 7:45...i got on the computer and looked up some stuff on WILD and thought i would try it out...neways i started to invision a scenery(like a river with a lot of leaves like fall season) and then i started shaking in my bed uncontrollably...i couldnt stop and then i heard something outside my door and i tried to get up to see what it was but i couldnt move...i had like flashing images of the river and i guess i eventually fell asleep cuz i woke up like 4 hours later. was this like almost a succesfull WILD or an allergic reaction lol?

Sounds like you were almost successful. The shaking, the sleep paralysis, and the hypnogoguic imagery you experienced were all things that tend to happen right before you enter a WILD. I suspect if you gave it another try, you'd probably succeed.

Yeah, your definetely almost there. Try it again, don't get distracted, but do it when you have some time on your hands. Everything you just described is a good sign, So when you're ready try it agian, and just continue, you were almost in a lucid dream!

yes, next time incolve yourself more with ypur imagery and just watch it like a movie.
