Hmm, perhaps you can describe this a little more, its hard for me to understand. I have woken up with dream images still in front of me, perhaps this was it? Or maybe still you were in sleep paralysis in the HI stage. Anyway, next time that happens, if you even think you might be dreaming, do some reality checks, you may have an avenue for lucidity right there. Good Luck!

yea, its like I rose up in my bed ( sat up) and I was still dreaming or awake but I cant remember which one it was.

Hmm it could have been an FA or perhaps just you seeing dream imagery while awake. Next time relax and let it take you with the knowledge its a dream
