      Spinning Sensation

I've asked this before along with lots of other questions... never got a response... so I'm gonna try this separately and reword it...

When I get into bed, after a minute or so I have this sensation of spinning and dizziness. Like 'Hold onto the bed, Dorothy, cos Kansas has gone Bye Bye'

Is this related to the hypnogogic imagery or does someone have an alternative possibility?

sometimes when I try WILD I get that too, or the bed goes up and down like i'm on the sea, but it doesnt really get me anywhere.

I think that kind of stuff happen right before you enter a dream. Imagery normally happens before you start feeling weird things. It might depend on how much it moving though, if the entire bed feels like it moving should be pretty close.

How long does it do it for? Untill you fall asleep or just a while then stop? I never felt that but then again I don't see imagery either. Normally almost any weird sound, feeling or images you see all have to do with your body falling asleep.

I get that when I go to sleep late and am really tired. (Like around 2). The spinning kinda feels cool. As for the cause, it might be the beginning of a WILD, or it could be that you are really tired.

It might be the hypnogogic imagery... but then I'd expect it to lead into a dream or sleep.. something.
      Thats not what Im finding.

I don't fight the feeling, and yet after a half a minute or so it stops, and I can start doing MILD or VILD.. some sort of wake-induced method.

I wasn't particularly tired yesterday, but it happened again
