I've had similar experiences with SP(I know you said it isn't SP, but this may help). The time when you said you fell onto the dream floor could've bee like an OBE type lucid dream. At least that's what happened to me, but I was purposely trying to "roll" out of my body at the time during the SP(which works quite well btw). After I fell out of my body I was crawling on the ground trying to hold on because everything was spinning and blurry. What I did was grabbed onto something solid and thought about how real it felt. Then I proceeded to look at my hands for a sec., look away, then repeat 2 more times. This caused me to calm down and the dream stabilized afterwards. That turned out to be my most real feeling lucid dream. Good luck with yours. |
