Okay so I've had quite a bunch of Lucid Dreams in my Life. Naturally since Youth and later, after a horrible +/- 10 year DrySpell, I must have had about around 20 Lucid dreams after Learning about the subject of Lucid Dreaming and getting back into it. Maybe another 10 Near and Lowly Lucids. Nowadays I'll just have Lucids very Sporadically and Spontaniously while I am not attempting anything.

What I'm trying to Find out here is What is that Leads to a lucid Dream when you're not even trying. Most of my lucids if not all where induced by a Spontanious Memory to do a Reality Check and then Wathcing it Prove I'm Dreaming. But also sometimes in a Dream I'll just SUDDENLY out of the Blue get the Notion that I'm Dreaming. I usually still perform a Reality Check allthough I am allready very certain that I'm Dreaming.

So what are the factors that Lead to These Spontanious Clearminded moments in turn leading you into Lucid Dreams?

I want to do a sort of Survey and ask all of you some questions. The Questions are meant for ALL the times that you had Lucid Dreams to see if there is any Consistency in these Factors. Copy this and Answer the Questions.

1.Where there any Factors before sleep, the day or night before, that may have had some influenced your State of Mind or Sleep in any way? Tea, Drugs(This Means Alcohol too), Coffee, Cigarettes, Emotions, Fear, Physical Activity, Sexual Activity...ect? Think of everything.

2.How tired were you when you fell asleep and had a Lucid?

3.Was there any Change in your State of Mind, how you Felt, when you fell asleep and had a Lucid? Did you mentally and/or Physically Feel any Different from ''Usual''?

4. Was there any Enviromental Factor like, Temperature, ambient Music and/or Sound, specific Lighting/lightlevels/lightcolor, Presence of Someone sleeping with you i the same room or Bed...etc that may have contributed to your Lucid Dream?

5. Did you feel Noticably Fresh, Alert and Awakened or Drowsy, Slow and Off Guard when you fell asleep and had a Lucid?

6. Any other Factors that I might have overlooked and thatyou can think of yourself that seem to occur often before having a lucid Dream?

I am still quite riddled about what it is that makes me have a lucid the one night and a non-lucid nearly unmemorable dream the other. I hope with these Questions answered I can find some similairities in the Answers to Spot any Factors that seem to be Connected to Lucid Dreams Following.

In case you cannot really remember these Factors you can always start to be aware and take note of them now for your Lucid Dreams yet to Come. Help me get a good number of people with answers so I can start looking for Similairities in these Factors.
