Ok so I'm new here. Only posted about twice. Gwendolyn told me to try this one technique called the 61 point relaxation. Well I memorized the first 31. It was real easy to memorize (I have ADHD which makes some things harder but if it's something I want to learn I can remember it...). Well this is what it said to do with point 1... |

Yeah, google does, well, if that doesn't work... maybe try applying some lavender on the wrists and neck base should help [if you want to spend the money for it], meditating might work but that can be really hard to do with random thoughts flying about whenever you try to clear your mind [I have an over active mind at times so I can relate to an extent of the troubles you go through when you try to concentrate and you can't; I tend to get distracted or bored...] |
