Ok so I'm new here. Only posted about twice. Gwendolyn told me to try this one technique called the 61 point relaxation. Well I memorized the first 31. It was real easy to memorize (I have ADHD which makes some things harder but if it's something I want to learn I can remember it...). Well this is what it said to do with point 1...

Begin at your forehead, focus your attention between your eyebrows and think of the number one. Keep your attention fixed at point one for several seconds until you feel that your awareness of the location is clear and distinct. Think of yourself being located at this point. Before moving on to the next point, you should feel a sense of warmth and heaviness at this spot.[/b]
This is my problem. I concentrate to hard then loose track of what I'm doing. Is there any other thing I can do that doesn't require lots of concentration? I just can't get the feeling of warmth or anything. I try to relax and not move then think of a spot on my forehead but when I try to relax and concentrate I start to think about other things (stuiped ADHD...). I really need some help!

Yeah, google does, well, if that doesn't work... maybe try applying some lavender on the wrists and neck base should help [if you want to spend the money for it], meditating might work but that can be really hard to do with random thoughts flying about whenever you try to clear your mind [I have an over active mind at times so I can relate to an extent of the troubles you go through when you try to concentrate and you can't; I tend to get distracted or bored...]

      Good luck with realxing
