Ok so I'm new here. Only posted about twice. Gwendolyn told me to try this one technique called the 61 point relaxation. Well I memorized the first 31. It was real easy to memorize (I have ADHD which makes some things harder but if it's something I want to learn I can remember it...). Well this is what it said to do with point 1...

Begin at your forehead, focus your attention between your eyebrows and think of the number one. Keep your attention fixed at point one for several seconds until you feel that your awareness of the location is clear and distinct. Think of yourself being located at this point. Before moving on to the next point, you should feel a sense of warmth and heaviness at this spot.[/b]
This is my problem. I concentrate to hard then loose track of what I'm doing. Is there any other thing I can do that doesn't require lots of concentration? I just can't get the feeling of warmth or anything. I try to relax and not move then think of a spot on my forehead but when I try to relax and concentrate I start to think about other things (stuiped ADHD...). I really need some help!
