Well, the first dream you can thank "28 Days later" for as I'd watched it the night before. There was a deadly virus around that turned people into zombies, I ran around the countryside and I remember being in Asda (Wal-Mart to you Americans) although the virus wasn't everywhere. I turned up at a runied tower and saw people burning bodies. Overcome by the virus and not wanting to die a painful death, I climbed the tower and jumped off. I landed head-first on the ground and the next dream began. My dream-self remembered having disturbing dreams of a demonic zombie girl from the film "City Of The Living Dead". It had turned out my room was haunted and I somehow exoricised her and all was fine. In the dream-present I had a dream of similar structure to the previous ones. In a manor that is dark and has a red sort of lighting. This time the girl was not here. I entered a room to find many people who were slightly rotted. One of them said "You know you're dreaming don't you?". At this point I became Lucid and flew through the ceiling. I had the thought that they were rewarding me for exorcising the girl. I had trouble at first, it was like swimming in syrup, but then a voice from an unseen DC said: "Use your will power to pull you!" I focused on a lamppost outside and I zoomed towards it. Then I false awoke back in the haunted-nightmare dream. I then had a dream-dream that contained the disturbing girl and I thought "I must not have banished her!". Then I awoke.

This is exciting for me as I can clearly remember two dreams and the point that they are seperated by. The lucidity was a period longer than normal and I finally was able to fly properly.

Despite the nightmare elements I'm very happy.

      Congratulations!

And I just wanted to add that while the trailer for 28 Days Later is so incredibly lame, the movie is absolutely brilliant, and I'm glad my friends forced me to watch it. For anyone who hasn't seen it, you really should. Don't let the "horror" and "sci-fi" tags scare you off, it's really just an awesome thriller. :)
