Still, don't get too discouraged. I swear, even though it sounds overly optimistic and all, be POSITIVE. I have only ever noticed improvement in ANY skills, not just LDing, when I was happy and confident. The way I see it, you can't feel BAD enough to change anything. Hey, you've made good progress already! I mean, you recall dreams alright, and some folks on DV can't even manage that easily!
As for the family bothering you, is there ever a time when they are guaranteed not to bother you? Maybe you should only attempt WILD when you know you'll have enough time to focus on it, like on weekends.[/b]
Thanks for the help, i have noticed that i seem to be best at WILDs because i can stay aware, but when it comes to falling asleep its almost impossible, i always have to give up my concentration and just go to sleep and lose concioussness, i do want to master my WILDs and start having them but i'm hesitant to carry on because every other time i have failed, i can try i suppose, maybe i will get bored of them and the excitement will drain away and i'll actually achieve it, who knows, as for the family, there a bunch of arseholes that don't listen to me, this is the thing, i would go to bed earlier, maybe about 8, but then i would have problems trying to get to sleep because they will be around the house, and i may not be very tired at about 8, and another thing, i doubt they would let me, i have exams in over the next two months and there making me revise from 11am-10pm, its so irritating, as for MILDs and similar techniques, suggesting it doesn't work, i always have to put a little more effort in.
