Hi,

I am looking to research lucid dreaming further and want to get a book to help me a long the way.

The only one i have heard of so far is the one by stephan laberge..
"Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming"

But this book is.. really old, actually

Almost 15 Years Old! (1991)

I'm sure there has been a lot more studies on lucid dreaming since then.

Is there a more updated book or a better book to read than this one?
