Hey, this my sound like a moan but it isn't i promise you. I'm curious though about when my fourth lucid dream will come along, i know its impossible to exactly predict but my lucid dreams seem to be very distant and far apart, what i'm looking for is a nice long controllable lucid dream, i just can't seem to have another, i see all these topics about people having there next lucid dream and i'll be really honest with you, i feel jealous, i've been trying induction techniques which so far i haven't had a LD but its boosted my recall, except for last night, last night i didn't remember a single dream, i'd be grateful if someone could suggest what i should do, i keep on feeling like everyone else is getting it easy and i have to take the long route to lucidity and whenever i am lucid it only lasts about a minute, i'm not moaning but i'm curious about the above, thanks for any feedback, its very much appreciated

I'm no top class lucid dreamer. Thus far I have had 2 encounters. My first lasted quite awhile and I was able to do quite a few things but it was still hazy. The second lasted for 2 seconds and ended with a false awakening then a real awakening. I just wanted to share my similar feelings because I really REALLY want to lucid dream too. I think we all do! The only thing I can say is don't give up, cause I know I won't! Since my first lucid dream, I have had 2 nights of not remembering my dreams at all, then a nap where I got lucid, then nothing last night... So I share the jealousy you speak of every time I read this forum. But I am so grateful for all the advice here too! It's such a good forum!
Have you ever had a dream, Neo, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world? -- Morpheus

indeed, in fact your experience very much matches mine Suby, my first lucid dream was long but very hazy, it kept skipping alot and i didn't have total control, my second lucid was a few seconds because i yelled "INCREASE LUCIDITY" and i felt very aware and i woke up, then in my third the same happened but it lasted a bit longer, i suppose i can only practice my recall and techniques to try and induce them

and welcome to the forums Suby
