last night i remembered something i used to do a few years back-
what i would do is listen to a very short, simple, but catchy little tune before going to bed. and for about 7 minutes id concentrate solely on that tune while i was in bed with my eyes closed, and eventually i would really hear it. at the time i didnt know why it happened, but after reading about AP's + meditation, i think this i pretty similar. any ideas about whats up with it? btw, the sound didnt really last to long, id say for about 5 seconds tops. im going to experiment with that tonight and see if i can do it again + maybe bring on HI imagery.
