I've been doing pretty good with inducing Lucid Dreams, but no matter how calm I am the dream always seems to fade away. I've been rubbing my hands and dream spinning, but it hasn't really done anything for me.

Anyway maybe last night was of the most interesting. I was in my government class in school, and my friend lit up a blunt in the middle of it. I started yelling at him, "What the hell are you doing?!". He responded with "Bro, chill out, you're dreaming". At this point I became lucid.

Later on in the dream (I don't remember much in between), we were riding in a car, and my same friend was driving. After a while, he disappeared ( ). I then closed my eyes and imagined him there, driving, and he appeared. I was proud of myself. After this, the dream started to fade. I tried rubbing my hands in the car, but the dream faded. I "woke up". While laying in bed, I did the nose RC, and I realized I was dreaming still. However, when I got out of bed my field of view was completely lopsided, and it was an uncomfortable (which I guess is a good word to describe it) dream. I then found myself back in bed.

Later on, after fooling around with a few girls, I found myself at my senior prom (which is 2 months away). We were however at the shore. Everyone was in their tux's/dresses, and walking around. I went into an arcade, and found a Sonic 2 arcade machine, which shocked me. I asked for 2 quarters so I could play, but the dream faded and I found myself in SP.

I read the prolonging dreams tutorial, but I still can't do it during an LD, no matter how calm I feel. I also feel like I haven't had the full blown Lucid experience yet, but I guess it will come in time. Any suggestions?

Ever try focussing on different points of your enviroment, that can stabalise a dream quit nicely sometimes.
