Well, I first got into LD'ing for the sex. Then it was fun to blow stuff up, fly, screw with people, ect. Now however, my goal is to explore the dream world. The whole concept amazes me. I especilly fascinated by the way the world changes as you progress through it. Although I'm not giving up on the other things. |

I got into LDing for sex too. But I haven't got enough of it yet so I'm gonna stick with that for a while ... Then I'm going to "Explore The World of Lucid Dreaming" |

“Happy are those who dream dreams and are ready to pay the price to make them come true.”
That sounds like a fun goal. Exploring the dreamscape is one of the most entertaining aspects of lucid dreaming for me. Lately I've started picking the brains of my dream characters as well, asking them what places in my dreams should explore and the like. It's always amazing how much they 'seem' to know, once you ask them. |
|
My main reason for starting was exploring. I've explored bablyon's hanging gardens, the titanic wreck, and orbited the earth as well as a few other not so interesting places. |
|
yeah....the mind sure can make amazing landscapes....some of the ones i've experienced were so vivid that its unbelievable...one example is a mall....its seemed to be a black market in india or something but there was so much detail in everything i looked at.....the people....aswell the items....and the place was so vivid i could draw it exactly...absolutely astounding....sorry...im a lil of topic but yeah....its funner to explore then to endulge in my opinion |

Add another one to the "Lucid dreaming for sex." list! LOL Thats what i first thought but now i just want to explore the universe. That is my ultimate goal. And to have romantic dreams with nice, charming funny girls |

Am I the only person who got into lucid dreaming to explore my subconscious mind and the amazing places it's able to create in an instant? I find exploring my dream world and figuring things out about myself much more fun than the reason many many other people got into LD'ing for. Godlike powers are always fun too, but exploring the world of my dreams right now is an amazing experience. For anyone who reads my dream journal, I usually don't use my powers, even though I have them, and can do anything on demand. I like to figure out why I was dreaming about the current scenario. As it says in EWOLD, don't just leave the mountain you were climbing and do whatever it is you wish when you become lucid. Continue climbing the mountain, and figure out why you were climbing it in the first place, there must be something at the top that you were working so hard to achieve. It's like climbing everest and then saying "Ah, who cares. I'm gonna go do something not as boring" |

Non-lucids drive me crazy, I seem to let the weird stuff and locations slip by unnoticed, but then when I do something perfectly normal I do a RC. |
