      Alright, so I had a lucid last night..

      I got to sleep as usual, I had planned what I wanted to in my dream. This time, I visualized the scene in my head, over and over again. I don't know when I dooze of but that's the last thing I remember from my waking state.

      This dream occured really early during the night, so my recall is really bad, and I don't think I woke up after it..

      I don't want to get in what the dream was about, but I did the same things as I had visualized, well not exactly the same but close enough..

      Also, it never occured to me during the dream to make my dream more vivid and realistic.. was just thinking that'd do a DIELD if I wake up..and uhm.. the dream was very long.

      It's more of an incubated dream than a VILD. If it was VILD, you would have gone directly from visualization to dreaming, with the dream starting where the visualization ended.

      Yeah, you're probably right. Thanks. This was the first time I actually tried this, and it worked. I'll try it again tonight then..
