Yesterday I was trying to go to sleep, and then I realized I hadn't moved for about 20-30 minutes because I felt SP kicking in, or at least the first stage where ur body feels really heavy. All of a sudden, I had this HUGE urge to move. My body was basically telling me to "MOVE!!! Switch positions!!!"

Is this supposed to happen? It was really strange because I never felt like that, like I was in a box constricted and I had to move. I eventually moved, but that broke SP.

hmmmm, i've never experienced this but i can give a shot at an explanation, use it if you wish, well since you were in SP, maybe when becoming aware you were in SP gave you a jolt of awareness that made you excited because you knew you were in SP and close to a lucid dream, this could trigger all sorts of things such as the urge to move, for example if your really excited about something you wouldn't just sit still, you move about and get energetic, hope this helps.

Hmm apparently this was supposed to happen. It's apart of WILD - See here...

      http://infernowolf.com/smokeandmirrors/Arc...12/Topic158.htm

"So the what happens is the body tests the mind to see if it's asleep.
If you lay with a silent mind very still for about 25 minutes and are
nicely relaxed, your body will eventually send a very strong signal to
your mind saying "I'm uncomfortable, please shift your position in
      bed."

But this is just a ruse! The body is not really uncomfortable, it's
just testing to see if it can get a response from the mind. If you
ignore this signal, your body waits a few seconds and says "Hmm, the
mind must have gone to sleep. Time for me to do the same.""

      Dammit! I missed the opportunity!
