If you're dreaming about having an LD, is that any different from having an LD?

      yes it is different

a LD is when you are dreaming about anything and you know you are dreaming, and therefore, you can contro lyou dream most of the time

dreaming you are having a LD could easily induce a LD, but technically, it's not a LD if you don't consciously realise it is a dream

guess it's all I have to say

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.

That does make sense. In a regular dream, you're making decisions, but not consciously... so you could dream about making conscious decisions but no actually be making them .
