Ok I've read on Wikipedia that people usually only experince SP atleast twice in their life. Now I have experienced it twice. But I think I've read around here somewhere that people have experienced it more than twice. How do you do this? What technique do you use to enter SP the fastest? How does it help with Lucid Dreaming? And can Naraclyspe and/or ADD prevent having SP? (I do have both unfornuatly...)

When you WILD you enter SP normally.

Basicly you just lay there after waking up from about 6 hours of sleep, and then you will go into SP and the enter a LD.

WILD (Wake induced lucid dream) ->There is a excelllent totorial on this in the toturial section.

Think wikipedia describes the kind of SP which sometimes shortly follows waking up. An unvoluntarily SP I think. And when wikipedia says that this is usually only experienced twice in a liftime, I don't think they count the ones who actually TRY to archieve SP (through WILD)

I'm new to this myself, and also quite confused about stuff like this...

For your last question, I don't know, but SP is a state you enter when sleeping, no matter if you're lucid or not. So unless you are completely unable to sleep, it can't be impossible...

Hope this helped in some way....
