Last night I achieved a wild, but got out of it really quickly. I did it on purpose. I woke up around 4 to go to the bathroom and came back to bed and decided to try for a WILD, even though I was dead tired. I passed the vibrations and entered the dream, but my extreme tiredness carried over to the dream so I immediately laid down and went to sleep. |

I get 8 or 9 hours of sleep a night and meditate once a week or so to relieve stress. As I said, I woke up a 4 in the morning. I want to know how to get rid of the sleepyness in the dream itself, not in reality. I should be tired as hell at 4 in the morning. |

Well you should try caffine drinks. or what works for me is play some type of video game that makes you think. Or you could just ry to strech...Or if you really want to wake up go outside and go for a 5 min run!!like to the end of your street and back!! |

1.)Have a LD
2.)Have a conversation with a DC
3.)Fly around the world (or at least until i get bored)
4.)Successfully compelete dream recall traing (with at least 10 or more dreams)
