Yes, it is possible. If you have a romantic experience with a girl in a dream, you'll most likely feel love for her.

I have often felt real affection in romantic dreamscenes. But then again I am much more into Passionate, spiritual feelings than just mere, physical feelings of Lust so it may also have to do with my Personal preferences.

i think that falling in love with a DC is cool and all but i only have one worry for it, what if you were to become so obsessed with this DC and then you have a really long dry spell, you could go crazy, maybe i'm just thinking of it on extreme levels but this stuff could definately dangerous if you get too obsessed, what dya think?

It's probably possible to become obsessed with lucid dreaming but "addiction" might be too strong a word. Obsession can actually work against your efforts to become lucid in dreams so, either way - whatever term you want to apply, moderation and strategic approaches to LDing is probably best for success. I don't mean moderation in frequency of LDs but, rather, moderation in the pursuit if LDs.

Oh yes, I remember reading some stuff about that. It's so romantical dontcha think? Then again, it's a bit tragic as well.
Yes, I could see being addicted to it. Sometimes regular romantic experiences can be quite addictive since your brain releases that chemical thingy that gives you that natural high (dopamine I think?) *sigh* I guess it would feel the same in dreams. So yeah, maybe you could get addicted in a way.Sometimes in real life just seeing the person one likes or loves will release the feel good chemicals in the brain. This will most likely result in depression whenever the person isn't around.Sort of like a withdrawal type thing. I read about it in a magazine somewhere.I guess someone in that situation might just be inclined to kinda sleep their life away.
