Also, focus on techniques to keep your LD longer. Here are some effective simple ones:


A. Rub your hands together. You should feel the sensation. (This is supposed to help you stay dreaming, its broken down scientifically)

B. Spin, in a circle a few times.

C. Focus on small details. Look at your hands closely for 15-20 seconds or maybe just the ground.
