Alight, well, if any of you have read my other posts you will know that I'm new to this site and trying lucid dreaming again. I am keeping a dream journal and doing reality checks during the day. The thing is that quite a while ago (before I even knew about lucid dreaming) I purchased a Nova Pro 100. It is a light and sound machine that can be used to acheive different states of mind. I havn't used it in a long time but it's just sitting in my closet and what I was wondering is if I could use it in a way to help further my goals with dream recall and learning to become lucid? I've only been working on my dream recall for 5 days and I already am seeing an improvement and I know it's only a matter of time before I attain lucidity but I was just wondering about this.
