Sorry if there has been a thread on this, but I have not found one. I have read little bits and pieces of WILD techniques, but not a step-by-step process on how to actually do it and practice it. I would really like to learn how so that I can just instantly go to sleep once I get good. Also, could someone please explain how the REM periods work? How long would it take to get to a dream if doing a WILD? Thanks for your help |
