To try things I couldn't in real life, have fun, and make better use of time spent asleep.

No, none at all.

3. Likewise, have you ever experienced any positive effects after having a Lucid Dream?

I feel more rested, awake, and happy after I wake up from a lucid dream.

4. Does Lucid Dreaming improve your life in any way?

It allows me to make better use of my time asleep, and makes nightmares less frightening (since they cause me to become lucid, and then I know they can't hurt me.

5. Does it disprove your life in any way?

No, not in any noticeable way.

6. How do you prepare for a Lucid Dreaming?

Dozens of reality checks throughout the way, a strong expectation to lucid dream, and being sure to get enough sleep.

7. How long have you been attempting Lucid Dreaming?

About six months, but I tried it a little about a year before that.
