I once sat down in a lucid dream and was reading a book on metaphysics, and I could get through entire paragraphs. When I'd lose my place, I'd go back and start the paragraph again, only to find out that the entire text that changed. It would still be on the same subject, but I could tell it wasn't the same paragraph I'd read a minute ago.

Also, I remember becoming lucid, picking up a piece of paper and writing "I am dreaming" on it, and sticking it in my pocket with the intention of taking it out, periodically, and reminding myself. The dream ended before I looked at it again, but I was able to write it, at least, with no problems.
I've had that same experience with the text changing, during both lucid and non-lucid dreams. I've had at least one dream where I was composing something long, and when I went to proof read it, the text was foreign to me and I could tell it wasn't at all what I had written.

      Yeah.
Thing is, I'm in a Lucid Dream, the last thing I'm going to do is read.
      You're not an astronaut.
