Holding my nose has worked wonders for me.


Lucid dreaming begins with waking life. Holding my nose and checking weather or not I can breathe is simple and can be done often/quickly/anytime. Works great to become lucid

i guess i should start holding my nose....but i write letters on the back of my hands and if they look wird i do another RC

I hold my nose or look at writing or a digital clock somewhere.

The finger through hand RC doesn't seem to work for me. In my only LD, I couldn't stick my finger through my hand and my hands didn't look messed up at all. I just use the plug the nose RC.

The Nose RC has never ever worked for me. The looking at the back of your hands and finger through hands RCs work fine though.

I only do the nose RC. I used to count my fingers, try to stick my finger through my palm, and try to see my nose as well, but I quit once I noticed that the nose RC was the only one I ever needed to do in dreams, and that the others weren't as reliable.
