      Thumbs down WILD problems.

I have no problems getting into trance/sleep paralysis. Sometimes I have problems hallucinating, but most of the time I get it. When I hit the transitional stage, I can feel that something is like intensifying. I feel like I'm being like pulled into something or pushed out of something. But then it all just ends after about 15 seconds, and then nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? What should I be doing?

those are the vibrations and thats where i have trouble too! its not fun. Ive been experemnting with how to get through it and so far trying to focus on my dream body during those vibrations is the best way for me.

I bet if you just give up and go to sleep at that point you might end up having a DILD. Happened to me...

I've heard before that this may be something like a false awakening. It feels like you're back in the relaxation phase when in fact, you are actually dreaming. So the next time you get to this part just get up, and do some reality checks. This was mentioned in Seeker's tutorial. He said:

Blackness. Sometimes you will exit transition into blackness. This can be very frustrating because most likely you will assume that you are back in the relaxation phase and have failed. If you find yourself in this situation, open your eyes slowly. Chances are that you only have your dream eyes closed and will be opening them into a lucid dream.
