This has happened quite a few times and it feels really annoying as i cant do much.
When i wake up from my dream in the morning i can usually stop myself around halfway, its at this point that i realise that im dreaming.
When its like this though it feels like im in a dream but that my body is a shell around it. Last time i tried running and i could feel my legs twitching slightly, while i could see some blurry objects moving closer.
Does anyone know of anything i can do to try and get back into the dream, cause it seems like such a waste if i just wake up.
