Thing that makes me uncomfortable about LD's

Sleep Paralysis, Is it Dangerous? And should I use Caps for after a start of a Bracket and after a Comma? Sorry, I just needed to ask that Random Question. Anyway yeah, it sounds like it makes you Paralized and it sounds scary! It kind of makes me put off LD's now. Although no it doesn't but yeah it sounds scary!

No, sleep paralysis (SP) is not dangerous at all. In fact, it happens every time we fall asleep- it's just that you don't notice it because you're already asleep when it happens. It's completely natural. SP is our body's way of keeping us safe so that we don't act out our dreams in real life while we sleep. Normally it goes away as soon as you wake up, but sometimes your mind wakes up before your body, and that's when you feel the paralysis. It can be kind of scary, but it can't hurt you and it will go away in a few seconds to a few minutes.
By the way, you don't have to experience sleep paralysis to have a lucid dream- it's just one way of getting into a lucid dream (usually happens when you're doing WILD.) There are other ways, like DILD, where you realize you're dreaming while you're already in a dream by recognizing dream signs and doing reality checks. SP can happen even when you're not trying to have a lucid dream, too.
As for the capitalization question, no, you only capitalize a word when it's at the beginning of a sentence, it's someone's name, a formal title, etc., but usually not in the middle of a sentence.

Freefire you could try blowing him up with a Kamaihameiha Wave, but that's over if this was Lucid at the time

I have a similir thing to that in my Dream Journal, but that was about grabbing a Rat with both arms and trying to stop it biting my Neck and nearly killing me! Lol, it was quite scary in the Dream actually. It could of been a Two Second nightmare blended into a normal Dream

And Theresa thanks for the good tip, I'm getting better at typing good English, Just learnt the mulitple Comma thing where you can use Multiple Comma's instead of Dot Comma, Dot Comma. And what are DILD's?

SP is not dangerous. You go through it every single night of your life, however now you are simply aware of it

that only happens if you're doing a WILD, no need to give up LDing because of it. there are plenty of techniques out there that dont involve SP
