      sounds extremely plausible though

      should get you lucid if the procedure is exactly what you described



      when you wake up a bit early you're at your best REM period.. you can have long, vivid dreams in less than 5 minutes of sleep... so something to influence your dream at this time can really be a good technique

      works greatly in theory - dunno practically though

      I've never bothered with these softwares, i've always wanted to be able to naturally induce them through my dreams instead of having to wake up in the morning and run some software, yeah it may take time to master dilds but still its alot better in the long run, only my opinion though.
