      Problems with WILD

      taken from my DJ

      And I had a wild. It was more or less just like the one i had yesterday. I'm lying in bed for a long time...things start getting really numb. Next thing you know I'm in the dream, and the first thing I say to myself is "finally". I'm having problems moving around...it's like i'm stuck inside of the bed. I try to look at my hands and i don't see them. I have to pull them up through the bed...and I can barely see them. I tried spinning I think, and I woke up..... Once again...it sucked...but oh well....practice makes perfect right?

      This is the second night in a row doing a wild...but both times I haven't been able to do anything. I appear in my room, and everything is distorted...I try to relax or try a command....and wake the eff up after a minute or two. ANy pointers?

      hmm. I would tell you to rub your hands together because that releived all the stiffness in my WILD last night, but you said you couldnt even find your hands i dont know what else you could do. I guess just try again? If you can, rub your hands together cause that really helped me, if not just try and will it to work i guess

      Hmmm.. well what I have done when I feel "stuck" is try to roll off the bed. Since your "physical" body is paralyzed (hopefully).. try rolling your body to the right or left and standing up. It will feel as though you are actually rolling your physical body.. but it will be your astral/dream body that will be rolling.
