I think I get too much sleep to experience full-on hypnagogia (sleep threshold [hallucinations {sounds, patterns}]) or dreaming and therefore have tremendous difficulty in WILDing/DILDing

I'd like it if you would post your average number of hours of sleep and your average number of WILDs and/or DILDs in a given week.

I get probably 10hrs. average and experience 0 true lucid dreams.
I do get lucid dreams, but I can't do anything in them, because my body is not absorbed enough into the dream, so I'm not counting them.
