Average hrs. of sleep/# of LDs

I think I get too much sleep to experience full-on hypnagogia (sleep threshold [hallucinations {sounds, patterns}]) or dreaming and therefore have tremendous difficulty in WILDing/DILDing

I'd like it if you would post your average number of hours of sleep and your average number of WILDs and/or DILDs in a given week.

I get probably 10hrs. average and experience 0 true lucid dreams.
I do get lucid dreams, but I can't do anything in them, because my body is not absorbed enough into the dream, so I'm not counting them.

Well i'm a lazy SOB and get like 12 hours of sleep a night, and get LDs once every 3 nights or so. But I do notice the ones that occur after 9 or 10 hours aren't nearly as vivid and detailed as the ones after 6 hours or so. Its like you're too awake to be fully in the dream, so you can half sense your body and the dream is fleeting and vague.

exactly... for me it's like I'm just watching it, I'm lucid but can't do anything.
